Typical fees of the permitting process
Expeditor fee - this is the fee collected by our Company.Application, permit and license fees are not included.
Full Service expediting
Includes permit and license preparation and renewals, coordinating with all involved, submission of permits or license to appropriate departments, weekly status updates, ensuring all paperwork is in place, obtaining permits, meeting with inspectors, providing weekly report to client, plans review, coordination of third party services.
Permit Running
We will charge you a low flat rate to prepare the permit/license application and submit to the appropriate municipal department. We offer complimentary guidance in obtaining the permit, license and inspections. This option is primarily geared toward Architects and other building professionals who want to outsource the permitting service. For a home owner, this is a less costly option that will get the job done.
Per Hour Service Fee
This option is perfect for small projects or if you are trying to get a permit/license on your own and just need to hire us for assistance in filling out the forms or other related tasks that can be completed in a small amount of time.
We do collect reimbursable expenses such as oversize printing fee, mailing, overnight mail, mileage and other expenses related directly to your job.
