We go beyond just submitting permits and licenses, as you may have experienced with previous expediters. We have established strong relationships with officials of many municipalities and have numerous time and cost saving strategies that we implement to efficiently complete projects.
We aim to secure all permits and licenses as quickly as possible! We keep track of all the different aspects of the permitting and licensing process and make sure that the project is being given full attention by everyone on the team. Our goal is to ensure the quality of life of those who live, work and visit the Merrimack Valley by promoting safety in the regulation of construction, use and occupancy of buildings, life safety codes, sanitary codes and by taking a customer-oriented approach to finding educated, cost effective solutions.
Our company will guide our clients' project(s) through the ever evolving and increasingly complex permit process. By navigating the maze of government requirements, rules and regulations we strive to bring our clients a successful approval of their project in a timely manner.

Claudia Hoyos
CEO and founder of P&C Consulting Group
Claudia has a bachelor’s degree in Management from Cambridge College and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Fundacion Universitaria Ceipa from Medellin, Colombia. She is also a certified instructor in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR/AED from the American Heart Association.
Based on Claudia's experience and the great need to assist businesses, home owners and contractors to obtain their municipal and other government permits and licenses, the P&C Consulting Group was born, it is a company that knows very well the procedures, regulations and municipal, state and federal codes.
While Claudia was visiting a municipal office, she noticed that there was a long line for obtaining a building permit. There were two desktop computers on the counter with a couple of people trying to figure out how to go about filling out the application online. She witnessed that they were having trouble understanding the permitting process. She thought to herself that she could guide the public, local business owners and contractors by saving them time and money.
She saw a business opportunity with a social purpose and decided to share her business idea with close friends and family. They were very supportive and encouraged her to pursue her lifelong dream of opening her own business. To strengthen her business management skills Claudia graduated from Entrepreneurship training program EforAll, based in Lawrence, MA. Now she is a proud entrepreneur, CEO and founder of P&C Consulting Group.
